It doesn’t stand for Transportation Security Administration… it stands for Tacit Sexual Assault.

A Transportation Security Administration worker at Logan International Airport is accused of assaulting a 14-year-old girl.

Sean Shanahan, 45, of Winthrop is being held on $50,000 cash bail following his arraignment in East Boston District Court. He is charged with statutory rape, enticement of a child and indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older.

Annnnnnd…

Police in west Georgia found a wounded Transportation Security Administration officer at his home after a woman said the man kidnapped and sexually assaulted her, then gave her a suicide note to deliver, authorities said Tuesday.

Randall Scott King, 49, of Hogansville, was listed in critical condition Tuesday afternoon at Columbus Medical Center.

And these are the people that get to grope you and see you naked. Nice, eh? But at least the President feels your pain…

“I understand people’s frustrations,” Obama said, while acknowledging that he’s never had to undergo the stepped-up screening methods.

Passengers at some U.S. airports must pass through full-body scanners that produce a virtually naked image. If travelers refuse, they can be forced to undergo time-consuming fingertip examinations, including of clothed genital areas and breasts, by inspectors of the same sex as the passenger.

Yeah, I’m sure he knows exactly how it feels to see his wife and daughters molested or photographed naked in front of him while they wait to board Air Force One with no recourse and under the threat of $10,000.00 fine if they try to opt out of the whole process and leave the premises. Another case of platitudes not measuring up there Barry. I think I speak on behalf of all Americans when I say that, in the future Mr. President, it would be best if you kept your blatant disdain for the common folk and their perceived intellectual shortcomings (you would have to be a retarded, crack-smoking rhesus monkey with blunt head trauma if you believed for one second that he “understand[s]” people’s frustrations) to yourself. It doesn’t help to add insult to insult to injury.

Invoking Churchill

Tuesday, September 11th, 2007
I’m taking a little bit of one of Churchill’s many great speeches to use as a guidepost this September 11th. It’s been six years since we were attacked and I think that the popular opinion of the people is that they are tired of war… but I’m guessing they would be a lot more tired of Burqas and Sharia law under a global caliphate.

So for all of those that think that we should just quit and walk away… and for those that think it can never happen again and that we ourselves are the ones that caused the attacks in the first place, here is a bit of history from the man who took over from the great appeaser and set Britain (and possibly the world) right.

If you want to put this into a modern perspective, just change the words “Gestapo” and “Nazis” to “Islamic Jihad” and “Islamist” respectively.

June 4th, 1940

“Even though large tracts of Europe and many old and famous States have fallen or may fall into the grip of the Gestapo and all the odious apparatus of Nazi rule, we shall not flag or fail. We shall go on to the end, we shall fight in France, we shall fight on the seas and oceans, we shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air, we shall defend our Island, whatever the cost may be, we shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender…”

Never forget.

Never.
