BtFMC’s Monday Selection: Karl Urban

Sorry Claymore. This was already written. Besides, it is not like you guys get a say in Monday selections.

Who saw Star Trek this weekend?

If you didn’t, go see it. It is worth the money in my opinion. Unlike Wolverine, and I don’t care how many times you get minuscule shots of Hugh’s backside.

Star Trek inspired my choice for manmeat today. This guy is the actor who plays Bones and deserves to be a Monday selections because he did a great job and looked good doing it too. Of course, the guy who played Kirk was pretty, Simon Pegg (Scotty) is one of my favorite comedic actors and I find Zachary Quinto (Spock) oddly attractive as well but this guy is it as far as I am concerned.

Yeah, I know it is criminal that a man be THAT good looking.

He is best known for his role in Lord Of The Rings, but given the tastes of most the female readers of this blog, I thought this picture from Doom was better than the one with the long flowing blonde lockes.

Did I mention he is also 6’1″? And apparently partial to looking a little scruffy, which is always good in my book.

Here he is after changing a flat tire for me. He is pretty AND handy to have around!

He even looks pretty good with his hair a little on the long side.

He is also from New Zealand, so I bet he has a sexy accent too.

Considering he ran around with his shirt off while he played Cupid on Zena, and a viking in the movie Pathfinder, you’d think it would be easy to find a picture of him with his shirt off. And it is. But they are all grainy. So I’ll leave you with this. Cause he looks damn good in a suit.

On Edit: there has been a question raised as to whether this last picture is in fact S6R during an off-off-off-off broadway( the village, to be exact) production in 1993. The Sniper Staff are currently searching for confirmation.

BtFMC’s Monday Selection: Mormons Gone Wild

My computer STILL isn’t right, but today’s selection was just too easy to pass up.

It’s the 2010 Men on a Mission Calendar.

No, seriously. I am not making this up.

The calendar features men who have returned from their obligatory missionary year and raises money for tabernacle choir robes or maybe some of those magic underwear. According to the press release, they are “baring their testimony.” The creator of the calendar, Chad Hardy has been thrown out of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints for having a moral defect.

So take a look for yourselves ladies. Even in their Mormons Gone Wild poses, they still look a bit too wholesome to me. I’d maybe want to tempt them into drinking some caffeine. I do, however know what The Evil Succubus is getting for her birthday!

It looks like they come with a before and after shot. I don’t know about you, but the ones on Bicycles in Old Town do NOT look like Gary here who graces the month of March in the 2009 Calendar.


On second thought, I think all the women I know are getting the 2010 calendar as a Christmas gift.

BtFMC’s Monday Selection:Christopher Meloni

Today’s selection is a D.C. local who is now on my favorite version of Law & Order- he is Detective Elliot Stabler on Law & Order SVU. He has also played a bi-sexual serial killer on HBO’s OZ. That means lots of full-frontal nudity, but I’m on my work computer so we won’t go there. This time.

BtFMC’s Monday Selection: Jeffrey Donovan

I know, I’ve been dropping the ball on the Manmeat. Some suggestions would be appreciated though. Finding pictures and doing the research is time-consuming enough, let alone coming up with the meat. So women, give me some suggestions!

Today’s choice though, is done in honor of Mrs. BNG. A little birdie told me this guy is a favorite of hers. He does have nice arms, and there is definately something about him that catches the eye.

He was in Changeling with Angelina Jolie, and is currently playing the lead in Burn Notice on USA. He plays a US spy who has been “burned” and is trying to find the people who ruined his life. One of his partners is played by Bruce Campbell, of the Evil Dead series fame. It is a trajedy that man hasn’t won an oscar yet. Seriously. He has come a long way since Ash.

But I digress.. back to Jeffrey.

I know this particular hunk of beefcake has been a Monday selection before, but after catching him on the Oscars last night I needed an excuse to take time out of my busy day to look at his pictures. Plus, I don’t really care and he is hot enough to be chosen numerous times.

And because he has been a previous choice, I’m not going to give the stats on the man but just jump right on in!

BtFMC’s Monday Selection: Adam Baldwin

The presents are wrapped, the bags are packed (mostly anyway), Hank has been dropped off at the groomers, I’m nearly done with the article for my company’s magazine, and I’m wearing my new red dress so there is only one thing left to do before I go to the Christmas party. Manmeat Monday.

You know the episode of friends with the freebie list of people they can sleep with without anyone getting upset? Today’s selection is on my list. Very high up in fact.

BtFMC’s Monday Selection: Mark Valley

I’m over my rambling rant from last week, and to start this one off right, I have some very pretty man-candy for the ladies.

He is a graduate of West Point, and a gulf war vet according to his wiki page. He is also one of the best looking men on TV and you can find him on Boston Legal(former cast member) and currently on Fringe.

Unfortunately there aren’t many shirtless or 1/2 nekkid pics of him on the intarwebs. But apparently there is quite a market for shirtless Matthew Broderick pictures from his Ferris Bueller days. Who knew?

Despite the lack of ab-bearing pictures, he is still hot and worthy of being a manmeat selection. He is also a fan favorite to play Captain America. He certainly has the chin to look good in Cap’s mask. And look at how blue those eyes are! I’m hoping he does play Cap, and we get some nice screen shots of him changing into his costume.

BtFMC’s Monday Selection: Ed Quinn

This one took me a long time to decide ladies. Some of my favorites just aren’t stepping up the plate with the shirtless pics (Kyle Chandler, Kavan Smith- I’m very disapointed in you.) and Josh Duhamel is just too scrawny for my taste.

I chose this man due to his height ( 6’4″), his eyes, the fact that he is rarely clean shaven, that he isn’t afraid to wear a kilt, and that he looks like he knows how to do all sorts of naughty things to you.

Plus, he helped block out the images from the video The Sniper sent me this morning.

Ok, I received word from our fearless leader’s better half that she was upset at the lack of beefcake on Mondays. But Greg the Harbody Cabertosser (linked for your viewing pleasure)* is pretty hard to follow. I think I’ve done fairly well with today’s choice though.

BtFMC’s Monday Selection: The Olympic Edition

I know its been a few weeks for the female readers, and I apologize. I had to survive a trip to The Big Easy, my birthday, and emergency dental surgery on my dog. But, I am here with your manmeat monday. To make up for my abscence, I’ll be bringing you 3 selections instead of just one.

I know the Olympics are over and that my friends in Denver are being inundated by the DC political scene. But I watched these 3 on my TV, and thought they needed to be posted. I can only hope Abby finds them inspirational while she hosts the hoards.

BtFMC’s Monday Selection: Jason Statham

I’m actually spending Monday at a NIJ conference so this is being written on Sunday night while I watch my Batman Begins DVD in prep for seeing the new movie. While you’re reading this I’m probably sitting in workshop on less lethal technology, cell phone forensics or using millimeter wave technology to detect concealed weapons . If I’m lucky I migh get to sit-in on a stalking or managing sex offenders workshop. So, for the ladies and closeted men, I hope you get more enjoyment reading this than I am probably getting out of the workshops.

My first choice for today was Christian Bale (mmmm lickable), in honor of the new Batman movie. Even as a little girl, I preferred Batman to Superman, Han Solo to Luke Skywalker, Logan to Scott. But since Nicki has already chosen Christian , I didn’t want to do a repeat. For those who would like to take a little side-trip this morning, just click on his name and you’ll see some pretty.

Can’t say that I’m a huge fan of his movies,(and Death Race looks to be horrendous) but then I’ve never really paid attention to the plot when he is on screen.
