BUSTED

Douchey McChinpubes is in custody! Put one in the win column for the good guys!

When asked for a comment about his arrest, McChinpubes said “I am totally sad and stuff that I won’t be able to make a mockery of the service and sacrifice of US service members by parading around as one when I didn’t earn it… but at least where I’m going suits my lifestyle!”
Now you may be asking yourself, “how does Sniper feel about this?” Well, kinda like this…

Except I don’t dance as well.

H/T to Nixon for the dance video.

270057-sawn_off_shotgun_superWhat the hell is an honest Joe supposed to do? This happened in Britain…

A former soldier who handed a discarded shotgun in to police faces at least five years imprisonment for “doing his duty”.

Paul Clarke, 27, was found guilty of possessing a firearm at Guildford Crown Court on Tuesday – after finding the gun and handing it personally to police officers on March 20 this year.

The jury took 20 minutes to make its conviction, and Mr Clarke now faces a minimum of five year’s imprisonment for handing in the weapon.

This is the problem with so called “zero tolerance” laws as well as gun control laws. This guy just wanted to turn in an illegal weapon, and he got busted for doing so. If you read the rest of the story you’ll see that his defense attorney makes a pretty compelling case for him but the guy still got five years none the less. With this as a precedent, I wonder how many people are going to be handing in any weapons they run across in the future. I know I wouldn’t This is exactly why I live in America… oh, and the food’s better and I don’t have to drive on the wrong side of the road. I will admit that they have a better selection of beer, but apparently they need it due to their lack of attractiveness (hey, I don’t make up the facts, I just report them).

The 31-year-old Bobek made her first court appearance Monday by video from the Hudson County Jail. Bobek, who has homes in New York and Jupiter, Fla., was arrested in Florida last week. She is charged with conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine in Hudson County.

Or do you?

Is it okay to call them “evil” now?

SEOUL, South Korea – North Korea convicted two American journalists and sentenced them Monday to 12 years of hard labor for crossing into its territory, intensifying the reclusive nation’s confrontation with the United States.

The Obama administration said it would pursue “all possible channels” to win the release of Laura Ling and Euna Lee, reporters for former Vice President Al Gore’s San Francisco-based Current TV media venture.

There are fears Pyongyang is using the women as bargaining chips as the U.N. debates a new resolution to punish the country for its defiant May 25 atomic test and as North Korea seeks to draw Washington into direct negotiations.

Considering so many on the left mocked the idea of the North Korea being part of the “Axis of Evil” and the whole concept of the “Axis of Evil” itself, I wonder if their tune will suddenly change now that a couple of journalists (you know, the darlings among the darlings among political pets) from Al Gore’s media outlet are under the gun. I bet we send a REALLY strongly worded letter of protest this time.

That’ll teach ‘em.
