When asked for a comment about his arrest, McChinpubes said “I am totally sad and stuff that I won’t be able to make a mockery of the service and sacrifice of US service members by parading around as one when I didn’t earn it… but at least where I’m going suits my lifestyle!”

As I said on TAH, he does not look like a soldier. He looks like a civilian in a uniform. A very big difference and I can’t help but wonder why he wasn’t questioned about it at the time.
