How about some props for that Gagne! He comes into the game with only a 9 run lead and holds the Angels down, using only 12 pitches to preserve the Sox victory!
Agreed, he only gave up 1 run and he was under a lot of pressure trying to preserve that 9 run lead, which could evaporate like a fart in a wind tunnel. Wonderful job Eric! Let it never be said that the Sniper doesn’t praise you effusively when you really reach the middle regions of mediocrity.
